Serve as a deckhand on a National Park Service vessel that transports park rangers to and from cruise ships within Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve. Assist with daily vessel operations including loading and unloading cargo and passengers, handling lines and deck machinery, maintaining safety equipment, and participating in emergency duties. Support the boat operator with minor repairs and maintenance and ensure safe operations in remote Alaskan waters.
